Should cover the plants on the night? I have problems with oidium.

Hello fellas. I am in Spain. I have a few plants in the roof, and the weather at night its cold and wet. Should cover the plants? I am scared because I have seen oidium on my plants.

PM loves cold, wet environments so if the best you can do is an umbrella it's better than nothing.
