Should I be pruning this back?

I have quite a bushy strain that is getting denser by the day, and I'm wondering where and if I should be pruning back?

There are def some leaves buried in there that won't ever get sunlight at this point - is that a good place to start?

Zeitgeist What stage of growth are you at?

I defoliate when I go into flower and again at day 21 of flower, the leaves always grow back but more around the bud sites rather than big fan leaves.

I've got some pics of the plant after defoliation at home, I'll post it after work today. Give you an Idea of how crazy you can get with the scissors.
