Should I be worried?

Your coir pH should be tested itself if possible, not just the liquids you water it with. Webb is correct- the pH for coco coir tested at the substrate should be no higher than 6. Your one plant showing a deficiency is further along than the rest. It's probably the only one showing a problem because it is growing faster and needs more nutrients than the rest. They should all be fed before the others develop the same problem. The leaf damage you're seeing is from P &/or K def. They should be fed an all-around organic fertilizer if you haven't yet but the pH needs to be corrected first or at the same time for the plants to be able to make use of the food you give them.
