Should i buy a propagator?

Hey guys, i'm making a big order of some stuff for a new grow i'm doing. Should i buy a propagator?

Useful for clones but you'd be better off with the root-riot kits that come complete with the blocks and rooting gel etc. In winter, you may want to upgrade the propogator base to one with integral heating (they only use about 15 watts). All well worth the money when you look at the price of seed. I even use mine for growing Basil when it's not 'busy'!
