That picture is 10 times zoom it was some little thing there but not a web.

Like with a little microscope. Amazon has a bunch really cheap I have a Carson micro brite plus 60-120x scope works great.

Ok so just go to Amazon and type in microbrite microscope and it comes right up also it's $15 so very affordable.

I wouldn't harvest at 50% amber. I normally harvest at around 10% - 25% amber. I would Wait until all the hairs change color and die back and the calyxes swell up and the buds stop fatting up and the plants drinking less water.
