i am about 20-25 days into flowering, and i have one of the lowest branches down their that is faces away from my light all the time(due to tightly packed plants). It has little buds, but dosen`t get much lgiht.
I was wondering if i could just crest of the plantut it off to promote better growth to the rest of the plant? like i said the buds are small, and i have no problem sacraficing these small nugs, but i am worried about stunting the growth overall of my plant, or putting stress on it in anyway. And where should i make the cut? SHould i just cut at the stems comming off the branch, or cut at the bottom of the branch by the main plant stalk?? any help on this will earn some rep. As soon as i can get some advice on this i will go make the cut, or not. so pleanse nay help will be greatly appriciated.

I do it to mine. No point wastin the energy on that branch, like you said, to promote growth to the nicer buds. Some times you gotta make a sacrifice...

It will bounce back quickly if it is in good health. I just physically pulled 3 or 4 six inch branches on the bottom of my plant yesterday. Today I noticed new growth... This thing is a bush tho. Good luck!
