Should I cut it now?

So I grew a First Lady by Delicatessen seeds (Spain). I'm in Mexico in a sunny beach growing in my balcony, however, due to the building's position it was getting about 4-5 hours of direct sunlight and starting in May, the shadow moved and even though it is bright in the balcony, it no longer gets direct sunlight.

So the plant grew about 10 inches tall only and has porcorn buds(with good smell and color) but very little. I have a lens and I have checked the trichomes and they're ready. This weekend it will be completing 7 weeks of flowering.

My reason for cutting it? The buds don't seem to be growing or fattening more at all, and since there's no direct sunshine then why keep it longer?

Should I cut it then?

Yes most definitely if the trichs are where you like them to be cut it, the buds won't fill out anymore when shes nearly finished and your potency is at its peak.
