Should I cut my losses with this freak

Started out strange I’m beginning to loose space and was wondering what folk thought? Should I harvest to give my other healthy plants the space they need? She was potted in the wrong soil and was in terrible environment far to much heat as a young sprout

far from being finished. you could stick it in the corner, even break the tops over until absolutely have to get rid of it.
