Should i cut these plants now?

i Started 3 plants, 2 grew and started to bud, third grew real tall, it has the white hairs but isint budding. Let me know what u guys think, its been months lol.

a1 is the budding one
a2 is the tall one with hairs but no buds.

Will my other plant bud anymore or can i just cut it and dry it?

looks like u have a heat problem...how hot is it in there?

ya get your temp. & humidity down. temp. 70-80 & hum.40-50%good luck

they look like there only in we3k 3 bud, let them go atleast 5-6 more weeks depend on strain ofcourse
