Should I flip or wait? High quality pics .. Need pro help

Alright I have four feet from top of the pots to ceiling.

I am not using a a air cooled hoods.. Because I need the heat...

I don't want the plants any closer to my lights then 18 inches.

I am using 1400 watts..

My plants are at 14 inches

I know they will strech a little bit..

Alot of my strains are sativa domn.. 100 plus days in flowering ..

Should I wait till they fill out a little more or am I good for fat cola's .. If I don't pull atleast 2 zips per plant its pointless

Well what is the max height you can allow them to grow?

I think an experience farmer such as yourself would know this rule of thumb..


I would personally veg them for another week or 2, but it looks like from the pics that you topped them well and then they've really gotten their budsites up to the light.

Ultimately, the decision is yours and yours alone my friend. My double pennies..

it would be 2 and a half feet. Im just not sure about this. I have never had height limitations before.. This is just a temporary setup this is just in house Im rebuilding to sell.... well not in the house of course.. but you got my drift

100+ days in flower? thats insane

i'd give them another week or so, let them fill out a bit more, but you don't want anymore height on them

Masterofgenetics? I put the question mark there because it's as if you don't know how much sativa's will stretch when you start flowering? Like 3x, more for long flower time strains even...

Tall Muther Fuckers... Is that the kind of sativa's you have or do you have tamed hybrids with more indica traits?

You will have to scrog those. No choice, get out the screen now...

Even with 1400w it's going to be hard to pull 2z's in that space, you need to get fancy there. Staduim shaped scrog? What bulbs and how many, and do you have any reflectors, or any walls you can add to really scrog and concentrate the lights well, or what can we do here to make you have a chance in hell of 2z's per in that little space?

I'll try to help..

You have enough light but hardly the room or the proper layout right now.

Flip now! They will finish pretty tall as it is.

Veg a bit more if you can,of flip a few of them and keep vegging others if you have the space-go for the perpetual and add a few every 2weeks...
Use bushmaster and veg longer,cause it will take a week off flowringtime
ex:veg 4 weeks flower 7

hey man.. im not one to talk much.. but your plants dont seem to be in the best shape.. why are some huge and others lookin like they were just planted? and whats up with your lingo too? what do you mean zip? cuz i have many diffrent sized zip lock baggies..

ok ok enough of my asshole shining through.. so seriously, are you just growing bag seeds or what cuz they seem to ireaguler to be seeds that you got from your last grow and they are all way to diffrent to be clones? i saw "your line up" but i just dont buy it. sorry to be a hater. Your thread title just poped out.. "need pro help" but your grow room looks desmal and the plants are showing the lack of effort youve put in in my opion.

But like i said at the start, im not one to talk.. but idk if you are eather man.

Just remeber that most sitivia strains tend to more than double in height during the 14 day transferance period inbetween veg and bud.

A plant that is 15 inches tall when you start to cut your lights.... could end up being 30-40 inches tall when all is said and done

Also remember HPS make the plants stretch more MH keep the knods closer toghther
