Should I flower yet?

First off, I am a 1st time grower so I was wondering if I should flower. It has been growing from seed for 32 days at 18/6 cycle using 4 26w 6500k and 4 26w 2700k cfls,(actually it was under an incadencent plant light for the first 2 1/2 weeks and then switched to the cfls.) and is 18inches tall. It is a white widow strain and I read they only reach about 36 inches. So by the time it finishes it should have reached full growth right? Can anyone give me some good advice of what I should do.

You can flower whenever you feel like it, although you have to take into account that the light will not give enough lumens to the lower part of the plant after a certain distance. YOu could always give your plant side lighting to help with this.

Although if this was my grow i would start flowering now!
