Should I harvest now? (pics)

I know when to harvest but I want opinion on the type of HIGH you like. Right now my plant are about 50% milky white (energetic high). I have always harvested at this point. Does anyone prefer the amber heads (lazy body high)? PS the pic below is not my plant just a great refrence for people.

dude harvest when mostly cloudy and like 25% amber that way you get the best out of ur bud without total couchlock.. but jsuk sativa based plants are best for low couchlock even if more trichs are amber

i always harvest when trichromes are about half amber and half milky harvested once when they where still clear and the buds where no bueno
