These are from seed but this one is looking Weird as hell.. First time grower. Should I keep this or Toss it.

Agreed. Keep it.
Looks to be a pure Indica. It should work well as a bronchodilator and help control that asthma.

Reduce watering. It looks like an umbrella because your over watering.
