After watering the pots, should I clean and get rid of the drained water in the tray (saucer) or should I just let it be there?

You should leave it there for no more than 24 hours. The reason why you leave it there is to moistened the bottom of the container for that is where dry spots occur most. Just either pour it out within the next 24 hours or use a turkey baster. Before I do toss it away I test the runoff pH though.

clean that shit. you dont want west nile virus do you!?! j/k you can leave it in there just anticipate the dirt soaking it back in to the pot. it either absorbs it back or it evaporates in the sun. if the re-absorbtion is true there fore you wont need to water as often.

if you are indoors...clean it...it will just sit and grow algae.

The drained water is about 200 mililiter (out f 2 liters). Is it too much or is it fair? the plants were transplanted in 5 gallon pots about two weeks ago.

sounds normal. but i would probe the soil to get some better water circulation just in case you have some dry pockets in there. i use one of those green tomato support sticks to go down about half way.

I just tested the PH on the drained water. It was between 7.3 and 7.4.

What Should I do?
I use distilled water and I add "PH Down" to bring it down between 6.6 and 6.8. Should I bring the water PH lower before watering?

Thank You
