Should I remove a dying branch?

I am new to growing.. so there's been a lot of trial and error work going on with my outdoor plant. By mistake (now I know better) I pruned some of the fan leaves off of my flowering plant. Now one of the branches seems to be dying. The leaves are wilting and dying; the stem looks like it's going from green to brown. Should I cut the branch off? Will that cause the plant to stress and eventually die? Cheers!

if she is flowering no! she will uses all the nutes in that leaf for the buds.
