Should I trim anything ?

Hello. LSTing this. Should I trim any of that under the canopy? I read from everyone that defeats the purpose of LST but then all the pictures I see of LST have like zero growth under neath the colas

The pics are a bit fuzzy, but the canopy doesn’t look that dense, maybe some light defol later. I prefer tucking rather than plucking whenever possible.

Too soon.and leave it it will show you when you start having deficencies

If it was me, I'd leave it alone. It looks like there's not enough to defoliate and your plants leaves are already being attacked by pests. She's gonna need all the leaves she can produce.
