should i use 400w hps and 400w mh and 250w cfl for flowering

ok my last grow i used both of my 400w lights ones hps and ones mh and also had a 250w cfl at the bottom umm the bud where biger then the grow befor that i just used the 400w hps but i also use bigger pots when i used the 3 lights together idk if i should use them all or just one or 2 idk what would be the best need help

the more light the better, just keep heat in mind
