Should i use milk for my powder mold?

Hey i was hoping someone has used milk to kill powder mold and could give me a little help real quick. I have a small amount on a couple plants which are very small and still vegging. Can i use any kind of milk? And should i let them dry before putting them back under the light? Will they burn or smell like rotten milk? IM hoping to do this asap. was going to mix like 1/9 milk and a drop of soap. I have reduced fat milk right now and it seems like most people used skim.
