okay so i've had 2x27w=100w cfl bulb's on a clone and it has been growing very well..

now should i put a 1x42w=150w cfl on 1 of the fixtures to give it more lumens... i also got 2 other clones sitting next to it using 2 more 27x100w bulbs.. so it aso reaches the other big clone im typing about..

would adding 1 42x150w bulb help anymore.. make a difference?.. besides get hotter?

thankz for all the help.. you all have been great!

BULB INFO

27w=100w - Daylight CFL - 1300 Lumens

You are listing the wattage equivilents right? as in you have one twentyseven watt CFL which is equivilent to one onehundred wat Incandescent?

I would put the third light in, and if that makes it too hot then I would remove one of the 27w.

correct.. i might have done it all retarded on the first post.. im a new grower and learning..

as you can see in the picture.. each fixture contains 2 bulbs..

which are.. 27x=100w - 1300 Lumens

when i first purchased these prducts i got the wrong bubls but kept them..

i have 2 Soft White CFL's.. 42w=150w - 2600 Lumens

should i go get a fixture that could hold 4 bulbs and put those 2 extra in there to help the plant out.. or just one?... i can also add it on the other fixture on the clones!.. what you think?

ohh about it getting HOT?.. uhmm i have a humidifire hitti'n the plant and a fan at the bottom sucking the hot air out the area and pushing it out towards the door.. so i dont think it might be that hot.

Light is always good, except on clones, move that light over the clones away. You want them about 14-20 some inches away AT LEAST, they need very little light to do there job. The more light they have the more nutes and energy from other sources it needs, but it has no root structure yet, (hence the misting) so less intense light for the clones and more intense light for the mother! Good luck and happy growing!

okay so this is what it looks like now.. i can tell you it got way hotter in here.. but i have the fan and humidifier blowing right at the plant..

should i remove one of the 42w bulb until it starts to flower?..

as u can see its 2 of each

2 - 27w=100w

and

2 - 42w=150w

and the clones are separated and by a paper blocking the other lights..

word..

i appreciate the help..

yeah i changed 2 more and they are all now.. just DAYLIGHT cfl's & the temp is about 87F...

im sure it will drop later on tonite..

i got a fan, humidifier blowing at the plant.. so im sure its @ the 70's when the air hits the plant!

the plant is about 8 inches tall...

should i start to set the flowering lights around 1 foot?..

does flowering show and start auto or do i have to setup the lights and do the turn on/off lights thing?

.. how does that work?.. im new to this..

uhmm i had this clone for about a week and it's got very big and healthy..

now since i have those 5 CFL's going.. ive had it on for 0-24... when i had only 2...

added 3 yesterday.. now the problem is i never have turned them off..

when should i start the 16on & 8off?..

should i wait till it gets more than 12 inches.. and then start the light cycle?.... with the 6500k? or the 2700K?

im lost at that part

please break it down... i appreciate it so much!!

also i got the plant closer to the light... so hopefully it dont burn it.. its about 3-4 inches away
