I look at the size of the plants, I flip when there’s about 75% of available height left, 100% for sativa’s. It’s hard to tell how much more room you have

You have a nice sized room, but i think you may have over vegged a bit.
Itll be hard for you to walk around though to manage everything..

You're going to need more light soon...a lot more!
Probably should have flipped when they were half the size they are now.
But if you move the plants around making sure they each get their turn under the bright light, you'll be fine.

Theres not much more clearance really, so stretch may be an issue.
Like diggity said you may have over done it.
Heres a 4x8 i filled out under a 1k (4x6 really since i had fans and an ac like yours in there)
I see you have an air cooled hood, i went as close as 8 inches under the hood with only a single cola light bleaching up top, temps were pretty high too, upper 80s, i did get seeds, not many but it was kinda stressed

The pic is deceiving. I have about 2 more feet of vertical space. I can still break branches and lst as needed.

Here is my new setup. I'm debating switching the dual 600w HID for a spider farmer led. Couldn't pass this up..all for $200 with titan co2 monitor and controller, 3 ballasta, a 12 pot ebb and flow system from titan, ac infinity tent fans and filters, and all the nutrients

Look up a led with a ppfd map thats even, and doesnt require to high a clearance( something that you can keep 12 inches away)
