Shriveled but still green

Hey guys I recently had my plant shrivel on me due to changes in the lighting I never grew indoors so I have little experience. I had a 15w bulb lighting my plant and it did fine until I changed the bulb to a 60w bulb. When I check on it after a few hours it was shriveled up but still green. I have watered it and kept it kool with a fan but the leaves don't seem to be growing back to normal I need help guys please.

you killed it man, ...you need to pop some bagseeds and begin studying, this hobby isn't all that difficult but it does require some study.

And incandescent lights are not a good choice

What would I use? I'm use to growing outdoors but seeing as I moved to the city I can't have a plant just sitting out

...you could put something like this together, or you could buy yourself a growtent.





...this hobby requires some skills grasshopper and those skills are aquired much more quickly if you motivate yourself and become proactive, ...SEARCHING for answers is much faster and more productive than just sitting and WAITING for them.

there is the equivalent of more than ten full encyclopedia's on the topic spread across the interweb for any who are willing to look.

...if you get in the habit of just asking questions and waiting for answers you'll find that many of the responses you get will be from well-meaning noobs who don't necessarily know what they are talking about,

...if on the other hand you get in the habit of asking the search function simple questions and then committing to reading through a few of the older threads what you will find are answers that may not seem to answer your specific question but in the fullness of time doing things this way will teach you much faster and you'll end up with a much deeper understanding of WHY things work so you will ever after be able to apply them in whatever circumstance you find yourself.

...and i'm not trying to discourage you from asking questions, just that if you hunt for the answers to the basics, you will more quickly begin asking advanced questions.

Yea I ordered a book on how to grow indoors and have been looking for some threads but like you said noobs honestly I just wet on here to get advice from experience growers not internet monkeys lol your good man.
