Shroom Growin Starter

This is my first time growing any strain of mushroom. i am using the pf tek method. i sterilized many jars by boiling water. i used 10 and still have 10 left that are already boiled and contain only vermiculite and rice flour. is it ok if i wait till another spore syringe comes to inoculate these 10 jars without resterilizing? is it ok if i sterlilize the same jars twice? plus, i would be waiting around a week before inoculating this second batch. is this ok? i wrapped them in suran wrap also.

I'd sterilise them one more time before you get the spores, the method you use does not kill all bad critters in the medium, but gives the fungi enough of a headstart to outcompete the other living organisms in a short period.... waiting before innoculation, moves the balance in the favour of the contaminants again.... so just do em again then.

ok. thanks for the advice. doing this a second time wouldnt make the contents in the jar too much dryer than its supposed to would it?
