Hi RIU,

Growing out Critical Kush just into week 3 of flower now and have a seemingly recessive genetic peculiarity to share on one of them.

Topped out for 4 main leaders when vegging and two of them have picked up the disposition of two leaders themselves, the stems are a fibrous ribbon about an inch wide and all the nodes are doubled but run in a spiral around the stem in a counter clockwise fashion.

I've never seen it before - I have two cuttings from this particular plant that still have not rooted after 20 days but I'm still going to wait and see if they do, be interesting if it repeats with clones. Will update the thread as the weeks go by.

That my friend is what I call a polyploid, my friend had 2 grows in a row that produced thes with unrelated genetics, just one of them twists of nature.

Does it carry over to clones reliably or is it merely a disposition trait that crops up in the right circumstances...like cancer?
