sickly looking plants

I am growing a few plants and they look sick.Thin and slow growth.I bought a PH tester and am adjusting my PH to around 6.Still the leaves are stunted and curl onto themselves and feel dry.I use Pro-mix soil which has a PH of 6 to 7.Can anyone help?

looks like yuor plants need some mag .. but im not to sure

looks like mine but they go down not up....it doesnt seem to affect my plant yet..been doin it for a month? its still growin fine

ok if it is a Mag problem what do I need to add to fix it?I use Miracle Grow plant food.
