Side lighting advise

Hey guys.
Looking for some suggestions I have 4 mom's in about a 4x4.

Keeping them about a foot and a half or so.
Problem I been having is my bottom leaves wilt and die.
I'm using a 1000 watt blurple Chinese light drawing who knows what from the wall.
So I was hoping for some advice for maybe some low power consumption side lighting down low.
Don't really want to draw too much power I m kinda maxed out with other things plugged in right now.

A couple of El cheapo screw in LED bulbs with the diffuser cover popped off, should scratch that itch.

50 watts? Would that be enough?

These are great with or without the plastic cover removed. 3ft. Just a thought. 3000lumen. 4k.
