Overwatering is more along the lines of watering too frequently, over how much you water in one feeding.
Last feeding I gave her about 3 liter..she’s in a 16L pot.

Feed them stronger? Because I’ve been cutting half on the recommended nutes..could it be that it need more of it?
That's a good amount. I am going to be trying a different method for watering this run. Going to give Ph'd 6.8 water plain first.. about a liter.. then I am going to add feed solution in at 6.5.. so the run off that comes out, is just water stripping old salts from the bottom of the pot. It starts coming out cloudy then clears up when the feed is running out of the bottom.
Gotta keep them healthy. Those trics will be fried if the plant starts consuming it's reserves.

Yes, bump it up. Especially your bloom nutes if they contain some Nitrogen. Your strain takes average 9 weeks, and if you’re only at 4, it needs more to make it to the finish line.
It just seems like a smart thing to do to avoid the possibility of having to flush later on if the build up gets too concentrated. Too much in your medium can burn your plants with a plain watering.Noted!!!
Just until it's ran thru to like 20-25% run off. I use the water 1st so I don't have to waste so much of the solution.
