simple fertilizer (don't have a lot of money)

Can anyone recommend a simple solution to fertilizing? Perhaps an all-in-one answer that is available at a Lowes or Home Depot; or, at least 1 answer for veg and 1 for flowering? I don't have a hydroponics store in my area or a lot of money; however, I still want to do right by my plants.

rotted cow manure for veg, and tomato fertilizer for flowering, good for a cheap grow.

I'm using the miricle grow stuff(please dont ban me!) $3 for the all purpose for vegging. and Just started using the blooming mix, also $3.
And Their pretty big, I've been using the all purpose for my weed and flowers, vegetables and stuff and its still not half done yet.
