Hey all,

So I've placed three orders with Single Seed Centre before today and haven't had many problems at all. Maybe one or two seeds I had bought from them didn't sprout, but I said hey, that ain't too bad of a ratio considering I had purchased upward of 15 seeds. So I placed another order with them. This time I ordered
1xBlue Cheese - Feminized£7.12
1xBubblelicious - Feminized£5.41
1xAtomic Bomb - Feminized£6.60
1xBelladonna - Feminized.
1x Pineapple Express

The atomic bomb, bubblelicious, Pineapple express all did not have any coloration whatsoever (aka IMMATURE WHITE SEEDS). So I contacted the company to let them know I wasn't happy with the coloration of the seeds they sent me. Here is the conversation.

Hi,

For legal reasons, we (like most other seed banks) are unable to deal with enquiries regarding growing and/or germination.

All our seeds are fresh and of high quality. However if there are specific issues with the seeds, we always ask customers to direct such enquiries to the breeder in question.

So basically, they said FU$K you, go contact EACH INDIVIDUAL BREEDER IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
I bought from them because they offer a wide variety of breeders and those breeders are well known. If I wanted to contact each individual breeder I would have done so at the get go.

That being said I will never place an order with this company again as they have no support for immature seeds.

I told them I would spread the bad word. So here is my post! 4 seeds immature in 2 orders is unacceptable when I only ordered 8 total. That is 50%.

Try and germ them, you don't know if they are viable till you do, plenty of seeds may not look viable but are.

I understand wanting the best looking seeds you can get though. But try and germ them, then contact the breeder if they don't germ/turn out shitty and die or something.

TSSC has always been good to me! Don't tell them you were growing them, every seed site says the same thing. Tell them they were broken if you have a problem with the seeds, your not buying "broken" souvenirs.

exactly. I didn't mention growth at all. They wouldn't accept them if I had tried to germ them, I've had enough seeds to know by sight if one will pop or not. I mean there may be a rare exception to the law of white seeds, I've seen one germ once. Ever. They had been good to me too. Now after I threatened them with posting about them, they said they would accept them back in the mail LOL. So I will be sending back Belladonna, Bubblelicious, and Atomic Bomb, which all look premature.

Sometimes you get fucked up seeds, that's how it works. I mean it would probably cost more in shipping than the seeds are even worth to replace them.

Yeah I don't think I'll be ordering from them in the future though. I think I'll go with Herbie's or attitude from now on.

I have had nothing but success with The Tude. Even though I am always disappointed in the item they ship, I have always gotten my order within 7-14 days. I always wait until they have some real special deals and then I get a pack of something I generally think is going to be an amazing addition. All the freebies are just icing on the cake, I may pop them or hand them out to others who are less fortunate but want to grow.

I may also just use them all as a breeding project and keep the freebies rolling for people in my area (not through RIU)

Attitude is cool but I have an awful ratio of getting my beans taken by customs. They always refund me, but it's still really annoying to get them sezied and have to do everything all over again. Single seed centre, at least for me, ships faster and never gets seized. Herbies is cool too.

Must be where you live, I have received 3/3 no problems.

Sometimes it's best to contact the breeder, then if your not happy with the response then try the seed bank again? I'm sure they will figure it out for you.

Their markup is a little shitty compared to attitude, but they are just distributors they don't have say in how viable the seeds they recieve are.

I just ordered some bodhi gear and they gave me an email the next day letting me know "sorry out distributor doesn't have stock.." Yea I was pissed they had it "in stock" but didnt. But at least they offered a refund or seeds of the equal amount. So i got some skylotus an kosher kush. Ordered from em before and with all the trouble tude has (not for me) I think tssc can guarantee the shipping.
