Single Seed Centre Customer Service!!!! ** MUST READ**

Today i finally got finished working with single seed centres customer serviced on a damaged seed. i received my order in full last thursday within 10 business days (with overseas shipping) bravo to that one.
I had one of the seeds smashed arroun and it was the one i was highly anxious for. i contacted them they got back to me verry quickly. i sent them the picture of the seed. and the were dissapointed in the fact that had happenned and they were 100% more than willing to work with me on a refund or a replacement.
Id 100% highly recomend this company as they are the only seed bank i will repute and deal with. and they are the only people i will collect my seeds through.

Are they sending you a replacement without making another order or are they saying they will include the replacement in your next order, like Attitude "claims" they will?

no they are sending it out tomorow, he said sincei ts 4:30 there today it probably wont get out, but tomorow it will. if i dont get the replacement and ive been jewed on money then i'll in the end be reputing terrible things about them anywhere i can like you are with attitude i didnt go with them strictly because they make you fucking buy something in order to garauntee their shipments.

single seed centres really simple to work with. suprissingly i thought id get rippied off/

on the side note, they asked how i wanted it. refund, replacement now, replacement with future order? verry cool people over there.

Good to hear. Attitude is terrible with replacements. They screwed me more than once and will never go back. Glad you're getting your gear without having to jump through hoops! Peace&Pot

I have had luck with them also...my seeds got snagged by customs... Sent them a email and got a coupon code for same amount I spent and got the seeds.

I've had nothing but positive experiences w/ Single Seed, have been using them exclusively for the past year and half - ever since Jim at DopeSeeds stopped shipping to the USA. Always have above a 90 percent germ rate and with the exception of one freebie seed that was supposed to be an auto and was def not, have always received the strains I ordered.

Yea ive got the tracking update on the shipment of the seed. dontknwo if he sent just one seed or hte whole order again. would be cool to get the whole order but just the one seed wil do fine. ive already sprouted two of the seeds i got in my last order so germ is good.
and yes this is one of those places who do garuntee shipment so if customs does snag then its there responsibilitie to get you your stuff :)
