single seed centre

i just got a shippment from the single seed centre (world-wide marijuana seeds) and 4 out of 7 were broke (smashed) what should i do?

Most seed places have a warning about 'smashed' seeds and recommend paying a bit extra for a crush proof box. What were your shipping choices?

They don't really give u a choice it comes in the same package every time.

Then check out their site and see what they'll do for you given the shipping damage. Sorry to hear it btw. Hope it works out for you.

By what is posted on the website I am not sure they will refund or reship your SOUVENIR purchase, maybe contact them and let them know that the seeds in your display case can't be used for DISPLAY because they are crushed, they may help you out.

When buying from a seed bank make sure they have a guarantee against all shipping mishaps (non-delivery, damaged goods), and crush proof tins, vials, and other packaging items will help your goods to arrive safely; ask for these things next time before purchase.
