Sketchiest thing ever happened today

I had a helicopter do like 5 fly-bys on my house and then hover over it.. looking at me and my plants. I thought he was guna get on his mega phone.. and say "don't move your under arrest"

I'm not growing nothing crazy.. jus 4 main plants and one small one. A helicopter can't tell by looking at your house whether you have card or not can they. I called my friend and he told me they probably doing drivebys to catch my house at different angles to see if I'm over the legal limit of 6.

No joke .. my house is how on their radar. without being funny guys.. what do you think is going to happen?

I waved at him .. but think I pissed him off because he started hovering over my house after that.

That's not the actual pic of the guy.. but that is the exact helicopter. I'm not tryn get cultivation on my ass lol.. i put to much work into my babies.

Hide .. and live to fight another day (plants)

Nothing gonna happen man. I've had them fucks fly over my patch, last year with 46 big ass plants layed out lookin all commercialized and shit, and they never came on the property. I was talking to the local weed cops here last year when I got checked at my house last year (wifes ex alled em' on us) and they said as long as your not over 50 and not in any other trouble, they are not gonna mess with ya. if over 50 plants, they MIGHT take a closer look. They don't have time to check every garden they see, they'll have NO time to do anything else, and get the bigger grows. Trust me, there are plenty waaaay bigger fish for them to fry than you and your 6 plants. Relax and enjoy your grow!!

Unless the pig himself pot head he was just checking your plants out ? :) if the police show up at your home...they will see it as personal recreation and medical marijuana, not like tha you re growing over hundreds plants !! feel me , bro ?

I had a helicopter hovering just above the tree tops, over my garden, doing laps over the garden with a guy standing in the sliding door pointing down to my garden. I stood on my porch and watched the whole thing. I have our 2 prescriptions posted on the gate that surrounds the garden. I had 23 plants at the time, (2 years ago) but never got a visit from the man.
Like others say, they have no funds to waste on taking a patient to court that has their paperwork in order, just a waste of time and funds for them.
I think your good, just stay within the guide lines of the law, when you stray outside of them lines is when you get in trouble.

Damn. A few plants "not a big deal." Where I live, if you had 2 plants growing in your closet and somehow LEO found out, there would be at least a dozen cops kicking your door in. Probably wouldn't be on the local news, but it would definitely be in the newspaper. Possibly front page. Bigger fish to fry? Not around here. You would most likely have felony drugs charges on your hands.

I have a creek boardering my property and every year starting in late September I see LEO choppers following the stream. No outside grows for me.
