Skinny stunted leaves almost 5 weeks into flower

Hello, all. I have a problem I am hoping someone can help me with. Details:

2 fem. Northern Lights on day 61 since seed, almost 5 weeks into flower.
Cabinet Scrog grow with plastic screen placed 8 inches above 4 gal pots which was placed once plants grew to screen height.
Pots are rubbermaid containers, holed to allow drainage, filled with Happy Frog potting soil.
165W HPS in a 6in cool tube - Temps are about 78-80F during the day, and ~65F at night.
Supplements - General Hydroponics FloraNova Grow for growth, and their Bloom formula since I started flowering.
Watering every few days as need, pH'd to 6.2-6.3, with a Cal-Mag supplement as well.

Of the 2 plants, one is growing nice fuil buds, has good color, and overall is in great health.

The other has skinny stunted leaves growing in all areas on the plant (top, bottom, middle). Some growth appears normal, but some, including new growth looks deformed.
I should also say I LSTd this plant for 2 weeks prior to flower. I dont know if this plant is showing stress symptoms or nutrient deficiencies/overfeeding. It has been like this for the past 3 weeks, not really improving or worsening. I flushed with water and fed only water with a cal mag additive for 2 waterings, but the condition has remained. I was feeding them fairly conservatively, with about 5mL bloom formula per gallon. That is what would be considered for early-to mid growth according to the information on the bottle. If any one has any insight that would be appreciated.

Anyone have any ideas? The pattern on the leaves do not look like anything I ve seen while searching the internet (as far as nutrient deficiencies). The yellow spots are a little powdery when they are rubbed. Really bad leaves just crumble apart, without wilting first.

I think you might wanna water them more frequently, sometimes I water mine every otherday and mine maintain perfect health. Just experiment with it up with the leaves get worse stop, it might be from the lights being to close to them also, my point being since they're crumbling apart the plants dehydrated in one way or another. Need Moar light! I am not diagnosing your plant, but you need more light, raise the ph a smidge on your solutions and I honestly doubt you need cal-mag. Your nutrients from general hydroponics have all that micro- stuff taken care of already.

Try to get your pH up to 6.5 as this is optimal for soil. If this doesn't correct the issue and the problem worsens consider flushing.

I ll keep a close eye on how well they are hydrated. I usually water as needed based on how wet the soil is. I hope it isnt because of the height of the lights because I cant increase the space between the plants and the lights any further. The cool tube keeps the heat from the light very low. I dont think it will burn them because you can put your hand right next to the bulb and leave it there without burning yourself. I ll keep an eye on it.

The cabinet I am using is about 2 feet wide by 14 inches deep by 2 feet. You dont think a 165W HPS light is adequate for that space for 2 plants? I was running a 250W MH set up for a previous grow in this cabinet, and I had a real problem with heat issues. I ll keep it in mind, and try switching the pH to 6.5. I ll also cut back on the cal mag and see how that helps.

I'm sure you can get by with that, but you should switch it to 165mh and 250hps I think you will get better results. As far as heat, you just need more airflow, your plants will benefit from that as well.
