Sleep Strain

What is a real heavy strain that makes u tired and possibly want to sleep??



I have ak-48, bubblegum, blue mystic, snow white, ice, and kaya gold. Are these good "sleep Strains?"

I would say more indica based strains when harvested at the right time will have u in couchlock and put u 2 sleep.I would think ice(because white widow puts me to sleep all the time.)

It can be cousins.There are alot of strains out there that would put u to sleep.Try some kush crosses.Most of them help with sleeping disorder.
