This is my first attempt at hydro and this many plants in general and I cannot seem to figure out why the leaves are not as perky as they should be. This one above is very healthy and still seems to have a bit of the droops
Tent temperature fluctuates between 74 and 80 (at canopy), a portable AC resides in the room with the tent and is aimed through a zippered hole. The 425 cfm fan pulls through a scrubber and cools the light, however the warm air just gets blasted at the ceiling(outside but above the tent) I know it should be vented elsewhere but that is a problem I cannot tackle immediately.
1k HPS is approx 24 inches away from most plants still, they were under t5's previously....slowly moving it down. Is it too far away?
Medium is 'Rocks', something like hydroton but more surface area.
Rez temp is at 20 C, ppm is 1600 right now (was 1750 previously, but noticed a slight burn at the tip ) I have been raising the ppm slowly, and running into deficiencies the entire process. ( N, and then Mag; you may notice some lower leaves with some old damage)
Using Humboldt 3 part, with Cal-Mag and Hygrozyme. I skipped the hygrozyme this last water change and added some 3% h2o2, to see if they would respond. Wasn't sure if it was a root problem, I really don't want to sacrifice one to the cause. The clones I did eventually dig up and found very white but stunted roots. Something with me and the rockwool probably. The rest of the plants were seeds started in rockwool.
There is no air pump for the rez, the plants get watered every 3 hours for 15 minutes. Is it a dissolved oxygen problem? I will add an air pump asap either way, this weekend.
pH was at 5.5 for a few weeks, now keeping it at 5.8
Once the cold weather(outside) crept up the humidity around here dropped, and I had to add a cool mist humidifier just to keep it at 40%. Is my humidity too low?
The two in the middle are from my first rockwool cloning attempt, and their root systems are weak. So disregard their crappiness, unless you think it relevant.
Sorry for the long ass post, I want to maximize your ability to help me. Thanks in advance.
