Slightly Disappointed...is this male??

Our first grow here. Pretty healthy plants in general. Our first seedling was planted on 10/18/13 and was switched to 12/12 two days ago. We planted our second seedling on 10/30/13 and she is still in 24 hour light. We are quite certain plant #2 is female, as you can see in the picture we are seeing what we think are pistils. Is that possible prior to changing her lighting to 12/12? Also can you tell what sex plant #1 is? Please help, we just don't want to trash a good plant. ThanksPlant #1 another crappy focus.jpgPlant #1.jpgPlant #2.jpg!

First two pics are so bad I'd hate to even guess. Last pic looks female but who knows.

There are a billion pictures on the internet of MJ plants both male and female if you can't figure this out on your own.

Thanks...I've been all over the internet and looked at thousands of pics, that's why I'm here asking because none looked like mine.

the pictures are inconclusive, but my guess is they are still too young to display gender

Throw away the magnifying glass. Just get as close as your camera will focus. You could take a photo of a fukin wall, and it would be as good as the first 2 pics. These are pre-flowers, we're talkin' about, not real flowers (of the 12/12 flowering variety). So as the above poster mentions, the plant needs to be mature enough to display. It should have at least 6 -10 nodes A node, or two, below the most recent growth is usually where you'll spot sex signs. Hope it has hair

growing indoors with regular seeds- about half will be male, with 2 seeds they could both turn out male. It is hard to tell the males from females at first. You need to wait a couple more weeks at least. Try not to check every day then in a week you might see it. with regular seeds you should plan for about half to turn out be males but they can get a week or two into flowering before they will start releasing pollen, it would be easy to see by then.

Very disappointed now....pretty sure she is a he :( Here are some overall pics so you can see why as our first grow why we are so disappointed....it's like having to kill one of your kids :(
that's why we are never in a rush to kill the plant until we are 100% sure it's male, so hang on a few more days, but it doesn't look encouraging.

having to kill one of kids is really not as bad, if fact can be rather uplifting, plus keeps the others kids on their best behavior
