slimey stuff on my roots again

ok I somehow got them to go away like two weeks ago by lowering the water temp, but now its back

This is in a dwc setup I keep the water temp below 70 after getting rid of them last time, theirs no light leak from what I can tell what is this and how do i rid of this

Dude, thats gross. keep your temps below 65° and get some shit like Zone or something.
