well I started my first grow of 4 ice plants. all germed and sprouted perfectly. I have a 400W HPS and one PC fan sucking air out of the grow closet and one normal fan blowing lightly onto the plants. The plants were growing nicely but after about a week and a bit 2 of them have seemed to stoped growing (or are growing reaaaaly slowly). On one of the halted plants 2 of the bottom leaves are yellow at the tips and have big brown spots on em. What can i do to make them grow fast again...or i may just be an idiot i dunn jeez. Please help

A picture might help along with an expanation of what medium you are using, watering schedule etc.

Yea, i'm not sure but i think this part of the veg stage is the longest part...
It's been a grip for me too... My plants grow what.. 1 centimeter or less a day... idk if that's average... but my sprout has been a nice colored sprout, healthy for about a week 1/2 right now... Nearly the same size..

with the brown spots... I Would say the plants are getting to much light, perhaps the leaves are burnt up a little..?

As for the yellow.. There could be a few things that effect this...

take your big expensive light out go to walmart buy 3 clip lamps and 3 42watt 6500k daylight CFL's for 40 bucks
