Slow growth rate?

One of my plants I think is growing slowly. Its 5 weeks old and hasn't developed her 5 point leaves and is about 6 inches tall should I worry about it?

If it green and healhy looking that's a big plus in that the slow growth can be reversed. It may be in a state of stress due to it being exposed to a cold period or half a dozen other reasons... Need more information on how it's being grown. Kind of light it's getting, In soil - what kind? Pot size or in the ground... Pics help a lot too.
