Slow growth, yellowing, black spots, leaf curling...HELP!

Hey, having a few issues really. 1) The plant is about 2 months old, and is only about 9 inches tall. 2) The top half is WAY healthy, the leaves are yellowing and falling off the bottom half. 3) There seems to be like deformities or something on it. A few of the leaves are curling only on one side, and where 2 new leaves come out, one side will be all healthy, and the other like a little lump with tiny curled leaves.

I figured the yellowing is because of a lack of N. I have been fert with Schultz 10-15-10 Liquid Plant Food Plus. Am I lacking in all nutes? HELP!! =)

I have 2 flouros (Daylight) and its right up on it. I originally planted in Jamaican cave bat guano, worm castings, bone meal and supersoil. Did I over-do it? Anything would really help!

i think you did start nutes to early for the first week you should have made sure the soil was moist and never dry and that would have helped with your growth. and change ur schedues for this next week that you water with 6oz of water in the morning and at night and let me know how it is. it should help flush some of the soil but for now stop the nutes. the flor tubes that you have are fine i have 4 of those in my veg box. it's fine just make sure it's about 1 inch above the plant at tall times and make sure you have an oscelating fan blowing on your plant to help promote stem growth so you can achieve greater yeilds.
