slow growth

Hello this is my first time growing. Lately I've been noticed that my girl isn't growing. She Looks Healthy Just Some Of the leafs are druppy. It's been a month , Need help.

How big is it at a month old, what type of hydro? I think it might be overfertilized maybe or there is a problem with the planting medium and/or the hydro system

A month since what?
Come on, you want help, you gotta give some fucking info.

This is mine im having the same problem running a 30 gallon pump to 2 air stones in an 18 gallon tub. Its only at the bottom of my plants and they look to have a little burn also.
