Slow To Bud! Week 5 looks like Week 3

Hi RIU -
My last run of fems threw some nice plump seeds, white widow, chem dawg, blue dream cross. So I germinated those seeds to see what would come out of it. Veg was great. Nice, lush plants that grew to 18 inches before I flipped them. Now on Day 32 of flower but bud development looks like Day 21. Running DWC at 5.9ph and around 700ppm and 600w HPS. Room temp around 68-70degrees. Advanced nutes, ph has stayed stable and plants are drinking about a gallon every other day. Some mild calmag issues but staying on top of it.

What could cause slow bud development? Should I wait it out or try a bloom booster?

1st off, a bloom booster will NOT make them grow "faster" in bloom.....If you know what your really doing. A bloom booster is not needed at all!
Cross pollination will not be among the 3 plants in your last grow! Only 2 at a time make seeds.....Just like the lesbian stripper that you and a buddy trained (choo choo!) that one way drunken night. Only one of you knocked her up!

Those are very unstable genetics and hermies are the future problem....DON'T hand those out!
