Small amount of purple!

Hello, I was recently successful in germinating a seed and I have just removed the shell to find there is a very small amount of purple on the top part of the root and bottom part of one of the leaves. What should I do? Does this mean my plant is being over watered?

truthfully, i don't know what you are talking about

as far as i recall, i haven't heard that there is a time for you to remove anything off of the plant... the shell naturally falls off the sprout... let the plant flex its muscles and push the thing off...

Mistake number one: removing shell. Dont fuck with your barely- breating- not- totally -germinated- potentially- gawd- only -knows-PLANT! Second, the purple that you see there is found in damn near all germinated seeds. Try germin a bean, you'll see it.
If you didn't disturb your plant, the color is fine.

Trust me, it almost fell off by itself, I didn't do any harm to it, I was only worried about the color, thank you for the replys.

i fucked one of my sprouts up by taking off the shell. it took like another week and a half to fix itself and grow leaves, which took like another week to finally recover. just leave your babies alone and for fuck's sake don't squeeze them. and for insults i think jagoff will suffice. jagoff.
