Small black mites on the underside of leaves

will this damage my crop? How the hell do I get rid of them? I crushed every one that I saw but Im sure there are eggs or larvae or something like that. Right?

indoor? if so i think a pyrethium(spelt wrong ?) fogger would work like doctor doom

spider mite or the borg...there are some great threads on this site on dealing with bugs...check them out
