Small Grow Box and is this plant marijuana ?

Hi guys
ive just started growing for first time
i got a bunch of seeds from seed city so having a go
i have had 2 plant s die already
have built a diy grow box to start plant of inside until gets big enough for outdoors
do you think this box is suitable or need more light and be bigger
only plan on using for germ and seedling growth mainly
Currently only has one 20w cfl all i could get for time being

Also i planted this seed about 2 weeks ago and unsure is it marijuana or just a weed that has come through ? has a few characteristic of weed but the leaves arent pointy yet but had purple stack like other grows ?

Also could not germ one seed has been so stubborn so have decided to try to germ in damp medium and under light for warmth

Any tips be greatful

I live on a tropical island so resources are quite limited (1500 population)
Have been saving rain water for the feed
next grow i plan on using coconut husks (Coco Coir) i gotten from trees and mixing fresh coconut juice with the water for added nutrients
Am only trying to grow auto flowering at the moment until i get the hang of things

I ordered a moisture and ph tester so waiting on those before starting second grow

not weed at least the kind i smoke,you say you live on a tropical island and you have saved water have you checked for salt content

Smoke it anyway.
