Small leaves slightly curling..unsure

I have a couple bud sites where the small leaves around the buds have started to fold down, they almost look like its overwatered but i am pretty sure i was good on watering. I am relatively new to growing. I have had 2 very successful grows previously but stopped for about a year and started again so here we are. I will post some pics, let me know if i need to turn the lights off for better pics whatever just need to get an idea of whats going on. What is really weird is its only on 2 sites everything else is good on both plants. I will post a couple extra pics for comparison but i may just be hyping myself up over nothing.

Looks like nitro tox but your pics are unclear under that lighting..
