Small LED panel for a 16X16 area?

Does anyone have a suggestion for such a small light? I have a GalaxyHydro 300 in an 18 x 24 cabinet and despite all the hoopdilah about them being crap, I have been surprised by the good results it has put out. I'm not totally against DIY, but an off the shelf model for less than 300 would be awesome. Only flowering one photo plant at a time in this cabinet, given its only 16x16x48.

(3) CXB3590 3500K CD @ 700mA (23W ea) $150
(1) HLG-60H-C700 $37
(3) passive cooled heatsinks ea 4.23"X6" $25
What you suggested is actually quite similar to the T1-2100 but they only use one CXB3590. Similarly priced as well. For how simple they look to make, I might as well build a light capable of 3x the light of a T1-2100. Is there a dimmable driver capable of pushing, oh, say 2 amps and can be dimmed to 25%? I'm new to the LED builds but no stranger to DIY.

well that one is more efficient as it drives the cobs a lot less harder. later on you can buy a bigger driver and cover a bigger space if you want

yes no problem, you just need to up your heatsinks or go to active cooling. check out this post for design ideas
