Small light question?

I keep seeing that people are using 23Watt CFLs and a higher watt CFL..

Do i want to get all the same like if i orderd these

Or do i need to get a different light in that mix?

Lets say i have 4 seedlings how many lights should i need? 4 or more? could i do 4 of the same lights? Am i trying to get to 9500 lumens?

The more light the quicker they develop. So just put as many in there as heat and space will let you. But you can grow your seedlings under a 23w but when they start growing there real leaves there gonna need more then that to grow at a good pace.
