Yeah, if your grow room is only one square foot. It is only 3300 lumens which is only enough light to support a single square foot of grow room.

its about 2 half sq ft area do think its be any use at all?

I grew my seedlings and early vegging plants under a T5 light and it worked great. You can keep it very close to the plants as there is very little heat.
I think it will work great for the first month or so, but you will need a HPS for flowering..
