smart meter??

hey its my first grow and they sent me a letter saying they are putting a smart meter in. whats this all about? coincidence?

Yep we got them in all over california. Don't be surprised. Mine just went in a few months ago. I'm seriously convinced it's not nearly as smart as what was in there to begin with. My power bill has been off a bit since the thing was installed. Google the subject and you'll find out what it's all about according to PG&E and then you can look through what everyone else has to say. You be the judge.
