Smell Busters

Hi

Just in the process of setting up my own bedroom grow using a hyroponic system for 6 plants and also a clone nursery compartment, in a wardrobe 6 foot by 4 foot. My biggest concern will be the smell! I'm reluctant to use a Carbon Filter as I will be sleeping in the same room and have asthma so i have concerns on how this will effect my condition whilst I sleep!

I'm going to use x 2 Ona blocks(reallly difficult to find here in the uk) and place these inside the wardobe. I'm also going to use the DIY Febreze Odor Control Bucket that I found in the odour control thread (cheers guys ) but on a slightly smaller scale. I'm thinking I can place this next to the exhaust fan.

But as added protection and the fact I'm a paranoid fucker I was thinking of adding one of these

in the wardrobe. Never heard of them before and can't really understand how it works but i'm williing to give it a go.

As anyone got any experience of one of these? And also what are the thoughts on my odour system? Will it be full proof?

nope, but i use incense and ozium and it works great.

i seen similar one before, didnt work at all despite great ad.. just too good and too cheap to be true..

Be careful what you use..Years ago I had a plant and I'd put those glade airfresh things around.. I started to notice my plants droop... my old man told me to move them away and it worked..I'd put them too close and they don't like that at all....

Thanks for the advice, I did wonder what effect these chemicals would have on the plants themselves. I guess I could always place the ono gel elsewhere in the room and monitor the febreze odour bucket to see what effect it has. Also think I'll give the Ozium a try as well so cheers for that vanslyke.

It would be so much easier to just use a corbon filter but like I mentioned I don't know what effects these things could have on my asthma. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?
